The 1st International Conference on Energetics, Civil and Agricultural Engineering (ICECAE 2020) will take place as scheduled and we are proceeding with all plans to convene the meeting.

However, the Organizing Committee intends to strictly adhere to the recommendations of WHO.

The ICECAE 2020 Organizing Committee is fully responsible for everything related to the organization of this international event and assures that it does everything possible to maintain a safe and healthy environment, as well as favorable working conditions.

Hence, due to ongoing global pandemic situation with the COVID-19, ICECAE 2020 will be held Online via Virtual Platform - "Zoom"

We encourage proposals for short courses and tutorials to be held at the 1st International Conference on Energetics, Civil and Agricultural Engineering (ICECAE).

The short course or tutorial should aim to provide a comprehensive overview of specific topics related to Energetics, Civil and Agricultural Engineering Research. A tutorial should be educational rather than just a cursory survey of techniques. The topic should be of sufficient relevance and importance to attract significant number of participation.

Typical tutorial audiences consist of graduate students studying networks, but also include researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry. We invite proposals for both 1 and 2 hours courses, but anticipate that most courses will be within 1 hour unless the topic is expected to attract widespread community attention or will require the additional time.

The tutorial proposals (in PDF or Ms Word format) should provide the following information, in the following format:

• Proposed title;
• Proposers' names, titles, affiliations, emails, and brief autobiography;
• Preference for 1 hours or 2 hours event;
• Course description with list of topics to be covered, along with a short outline/highlights and important details;
• Expected target audience, in terms of both composition and estimated number of attendees.
